D_Next, la DSI de Christian Dior Couture, recrute un(e) Head of IT Technical department , au sein du domaine Opérations & Intégration (O&I).

En tant que responsable de ce département, vous serez à la tête de trois pôles stratégiques :

Automation

En charge des sujets d'automatisation pour toutes les équipes D_Next, incluant la gestion des plateformes d'intégration continue, des dépôts de code, du développement de l' infrastructure as code , et des pipelines CI/CD applicatifs.

Ce pôle Automation gère également le Build et le Run des composants PaaS et CaaS, ainsi que des applications techniques et métier déployées. Ce pôle est composé d'un manager et de cinq consultants DevOps.

Infrastructure Security

L'équipe a la charge de la gouvernance relative à la sécurité des SI sur divers outils techniques et d'en assurer le suivi et la remédiation. Couvrant ainsi la sécurité des équipements réseau, du Cloud, des systèmes d'annuaire, des applications et de leurs données, de la messagerie, des fichiers, des noms de domaine, et des postes de travail.

Ce pôle Infrastructure Security est composé d'un manager, d'un collaborateur interne, et de trois consultants en sécurité.

Frameworks de Développement, Testing & Monitoring

Ce pôle est responsable de la définition, de l'outillage, de la standardisation, et de l'accompagnement aux bonnes pratiques pour les équipes D_Next, avec un focus sur le développement, le release management, le testing et le monitoring (technique, performance, business). Ce pôle gère également les plateformes fournissant ces services. Il est composé d'un manager, de deux coaches craftsmanship, de deux consultants QA lead, et d'une équipe de six consultants experts en monitoring.

Ces pôles agissent également en tant que "Centres de compétences", responsables du sourcing et du suivi des rôles clés pour l'ensemble des équipes D_Next. Cela inclut environ 6 devops, 4 release managers, 25 QA, et 2 PO de "System Team" dans les trains Agile, détachés dans les différents domaines. De plus, le tech lead de la "System Team" du train E-commerce relève hiérarchiquement du responsable du département technique IT.

Sous la direction hiérarchique du Worldwide CTO, vous serez amené(e) à :
  • Manager les responsables de pôles et leurs équipes, les accompagner dans l'évolution de la stratégie technologique de leurs produits, leur roadmap, et la définition des priorités.
  • Assurer l'accompagnement des collaborateurs et le staffing du département, y compris pour les " Centres de compétence ".
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus organisationnels.
  • Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnelle des plateformes et services rendus par le département, en respectant les bonnes pratiques de sécurité et les niveaux de service attendus.
  • Effectuer une veille technologique continue pour améliorer constamment les services.
  • Partager et promouvoir les activités du département, faisant de Christian Dior Couture une référence au sein du groupe LVMH.
  • Définir et exécuter le budget du département (Capex & Opex).

Profil

De formation bac+5 ou supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience de 15 ans dont un minimum de 5 ans sur des fonctions managériales dans de grandes entreprises.

Vous possédez un bon sens du service et de la communication, êtes disponible et doté d'une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe, ainsi que des qualités de management des personnes.

Vous avez l'expérience des pratiques et processus pour opérer dans les nouvelles technologies : du développement au run en passant par le testing, le monitoring, la sécurité et les opérations. Vous savez fournir tant des services de coaching que des plateformes opérationnelles.

Vous savez piloter et suivre en parallèle une multitude de sujets, les faire avancer et rendre compte de manière synthétique. Vous savez opérer dans un environnement transversal pour mener à bien les activités du département : avec l'ensemble des équipes D_Next mais aussi avec le groupe LVMH.
