SUMMARY

As an Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to support business development for France Corporate channels. You will be the promoter for our products and solutions, creating excitement in the customer base to drive sales and engage new resellers and corporate partners. You will develop your network through new business and business development. You will provide feedback on local product requirements, competitive landscapes, and local pricing. You will locally execute product strategies for ViewSonic products, identify new sales opportunities, and coordinate local development of products in existing and new markets. In this role, you will also develop and implement local and centrally defined marketing programmes resulting in additional sales.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Selective targeting of education or corporate customers in France, implementing new programmes, and improving communication between ViewSonic and the target companies.
  • Proactively suggest required changes/plans to meet and exceed the respective targets.
  • Effectively implement all corporate programmes and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the rest of the FR Sales Team, Product Marketing, business line managers and Supply Chain Departments to optimise product plans and availability (specifications etc) with market opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, conduct seminars and participate in distributor and reseller sales/promotional events.
  • Conduct product training and demonstration activities for Distribution, Resellers and End-Users, specifically Corporate channel establishments.



COMMUNICATION & LIAISON

  • Visit clients and end users on a regular basis to provide the correct levels of direct customer contact
  • Provide a fast, friendly and efficient response to the demands of the defined customer base
  • Maintain the quality and image of the company by providing a level of service and support that ensures total customer satisfaction.
  • Provide both sales and product training to channels and end users as required.
  • Conduct product and solution demonstration to channels and end users as required.
  • Provide information to customers, both verbal and written, on the current product range and pricing and, where appropriate, future products.
  • Obtain accurate stock, sales and forecast information from key customers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts by product on a regular basis.
  • Provide information on Corporate market and product trends to assist in the future development of the product portfolio.
  • Monitor market conditions to provide accurate pricing information.
  • Liaise with other members of the sales department to ensure information flow and a cohesive approach to the market.
  • Work as a team player at all times by providing assistance to other employee partners as required.
  • Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required by the company.



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in the French tech sales sector

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Great ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

Excellent technical and communication skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) & Pipeline software

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

Competency using Microsoft Office Suite

A track record of proven success story in the sales of IT products

Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)

Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude

Strong writing, communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Good level in English (verbal and written)

There should be no travel restrictions
