Air France-KLM est un acteur majeur du trafic aérien international offrant des vols vers plus de 300 destinations dans 120 pays. Avec une flotte de 522 avions, le groupe transporte plus de 80 millions de passagers chaque année, offrant des services haut de gamme et un engagement pour un voyage plus responsable.

La Direction des Systèmes d'Information du groupe Air France-KLM combine les activités informatiques des 2 compagnies aériennes. Elle développe et opère les systèmes et les applications qui supportent les activités des 150 000 utilisateurs dans les différents métiers du Groupe.

Au sein de la Direction des Développements de l'informatique Air France-KLM, et pour le compte du domaine fonctionnel Commercial/Marketing, une équipe IT couvre les ambitions du périmètre de la fidélisation individuelle avec le programme FlyingBlue et ses solutions informatiques.

Intégré à une équipe IT dynamique et passionnée travaillant sur ces projets informatiques stratégiques pour le groupe, le titulaire du poste travaillera dans un contexte international en étroite collaboration avec nos collègues de KLM.

Description de la mission

Dans le cadre des développements de solutions applicatives, le titulaire du poste aura la charge de développer et d''apporter son expertise technico-fonctionnelle afin d'assister les équipes de développement dans toutes les phases d'architecture des projets, mais également du produit FlyingBlue. Le périmètre technique et fonctionnel regroupe les applications frontend et backend de gestion du programme, les composants techniques ainsi que deux applications mobiles.

Rattaché fonctionnellement au chef de projet FlyingBlue, vous êtes donc le responsable AF-KLM de l'architecture des projets d'évolution FlyingBlue, allant de la communication avec le métier à la validation en comités d'architecture. D'autre part, vous définirez les solutions de communication avec nos nombreux partenaires externes du monde entier, en collaboration avec les architectes d'entreprise, les architectes de sécurité et réseaux.

Vous serez également le System Architect' au sein du Train' agile Safe FlyingBlue, qui regroupe six équipes fonctionnelles et une équipe technique.

L'équipe IT FlyingBlue auprès de laquelle vous interviendrez est constituée de 7 équipes, avec une cinquantaine de personnes (en équipe mixte avec des prestataires en centre de service, dont certains en offshore). Elle est localisée à Toulouse, les équipes Business étant réparties entre Paris et Amsterdam.

Vous travaillerez également en collaboration au quotidien avec les Scrum master, les Business Analyst de l'équipe, l'Architecte de Domaine fonctionnel et les différents services de l'informatique d'Air France (DEVOPS, CISO, Architectes)

Vous serez hiérarchiquement rattaché au Coordinateur d'Equipe de Pratique, structure hiérarchique regroupant les personnes possédant des compétences d'urbanisme, d'architecture, de gestion de produits et d'intégration logicielle.
