Poste : Votre fonction dans l'entreprise : développer commercialement notre marque et intervenir sur l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la
prospection à la signature.

La prospection est votre priorité numéro 1. Il s'agit d'un poste 100 % chasse au démarrage. Une fois le contrat signé, vous aurez
un rôle de suivi et de fidélisation sur la partie upsell / crossell. Le ratio chasse/ élevage va se réequilibrer une fois que
votre portefeuille va grandir.

Nous vous confions les missions suivantes :

* Définition de la stratégie de développement (mailing, salons, cold calling).
* Prospection active via l'ensemble des canaux disponibles.
* Réalisation d'upselling sur les clients existants.
* Réponses aux appels d'offres.
* Suivi du cycle de vente.
* Participation à des salons et autres événements B2B.
* Négociation et closing.
* Collaboration étroite avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
* Une fois le deal signé, les clients basculent côté CSM (le ou la commercial.e s'assure du renouvellement du contrat).

Sous la responsabilité de notre Directeur Commercial, vous serez amené.e à couvrir et à vous déplacer en France ainsi qu'en
Europe.

Notre gros du marché est la restauration collective. Du reste, vous échangerez aussi avec des chaînes de restaurants et groupes
hôteliers.

Et bien sûr, on vous donne les meilleurs outils pour performer au cours de cycles de vente allant de quelques mois à un an :
Pipedrive (CRM), Slack, Notion, Kaspr.
Profil : Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 2 ans en CDI dans la vente B2B.

Vous êtes polyvalent.e. Lors de votre expérience commerciale réussie, vous avez effectué des missions de management, mais aussi de
vente, en suivant toujours une méthodologie rigoureuse.

Travailler en autonomie ne vous fait pas peur. Un bon niveau d'anglais sera requis sur ce poste.

l'intelligence artificielle. Grâce aux données ainsi récoltées, le chef de restaurant pourra mettre en place des actions ciblées
pour le diminuer. Il s'assure ainsi de limiter son impact environnemental et ses pertes économiques tout en améliorant la
satisfaction de ses convives.
