Nous recherchons pour la France un(e) commercial(e) très motivé(e), pro-actif(-ve), analytique et obsédé(e) par le client. Vous serez responsable du développement d'un portefeuille de nouveaux clients, de la prospection jusqu'à l'accompagnement après lancement.

Vous êtes le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) si :
- Vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de contribuer au lancement et au développement d'une nouvelle entreprise
- Vous aimez identifier et interagir avec les clients actuels et futurs prospects, comprendre leurs besoins et travailler pour trouver les meilleures solutions pour eux
- Vous êtes autonome et pouvez jongler avec plusieurs priorités pour faire bouger les choses dans un environnement rapide, dynamique et souvent très ambigu
- Vous êtes capable d’aider à gérer les relations avec les partenaires et prospects et dépasser les objectifs du programme.
- Vous êtes capable de traduire les besoins des clients en exigences produit
- Vous alternez facilement réflexion stratégique et exécution, afin d'obtenir des résultats

Ce rôle sera basé à Paris/Clichy avec des déplacements modérés en France (maximum 10%).

This is a very exciting opportunity to join Amazon Shipping, a new Amazon venture in the logistics sector. We are looking for an experienced, highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed Business Development Manager in France. You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of new customers, from prospecting to post-launch support.

You are the ideal candidate if:
- You are excited by contributing to launching and help developing a new business
- You love to identify and interact with current and potential future customers, listen to their needs, and work to find the best solutions for them
- You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
- You are able to help manage the relationship with partners and prospects, and meet and exceed program goals.
- You are able to translate customer needs into product requirements
- You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results

This role will be based in Paris/Clichy and with moderate domestic travel (max. 10%).

Key job responsibilities

- Collaboration inter-fonctionnelle : relayer les besoins et les exigences du segment de marché vers les équipes internes d'Amazon, y compris les équipes de gestion des produits et de technologie
- Mesurer les performances, analyser les racines des problèmes et les lier à des sujets d’amélioration spécifiques
- Analyser les processus d'achat actuels de nos clients et évaluer les opportunités de solutions pour améliorer l'expérience des utilisateurs finaux, réduire les coûts et accélérer les performances de l'organisation

- Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong, trustful relationship with our potential future customers
- Cross-functional collaboration: Relay market segment needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Tech teams
- Dive deep: Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
- Invent and Simplify: Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance
