II - Missions :


  • responsible for upholding and evolving the core design of the assigned customer (external and internal) oriented, effective and efficient end-to-end solution
  • Design Core Model processes in collaboration with other stakeholders and vendors (creation of user stories, process flow, follow-up on configuration, management rules, RACI)
  • Build / maintain / evolve in collaboration with Digital and other stakeholders the optimal solution reflecting simplified and compliant ways of working, driving standardization of the end-to-end process
  • Identify, assess and pursue opportunities to standardize, optimize and streamline the assigned solution
  • Examine and propose next generation of processes and solutions
  • Accountability for the operational direction/enhancement of the solution
  • ensure KPI and metrics driven performance measurement
  • Provide leadership to software vendors and integrators and drive the relation with identified strategic partners to ensure their tactics, product development roadmaps and organization are addressing business needs
  • Participate in Leadership meetings, providing Insight and Operational expertise.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (medical, R&D, marketing, Finance, E&BI, Internal Control…)
  • Key member of governance boards and will define and monitor KPIs
  • Review/ Approve/ Reject change requests for change to functionalities
  • Provides project input, including project success criteria
  • Ensure audit and inspection readness
  • Erve as subject matter expert
  • Develop together with process lead business continuity plan and support countries
  • Facilitates discussions, as required, for key functions to align business needs and objectives and build consensus among the stakeholders
  • Coordinates with the system-vendor Project Manager to identify various work streams required to achieve the overall project objectives
  • Participate (or assigns a suitable designee) in all business requirements gathering workshops


III - Profile :


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent Project/Program management capabilities
  • Experience in managing vendors and external business partners
  • Understands the impact of change and impact to the end user
  • Conflict resolution, and ability to facilitate decision-making, negotiation skills
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Customer focus; interpersonal savvy with respect for people
