Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Service Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a Hydraulic Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for SANY’s hydraulic systems across our range of construction equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on various types of SANY construction equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and scheduled services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.
  • Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, dealers, and internal teams.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for dealers and customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SANY hydraulic systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment status.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all service work meets or exceeds SANY’s quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the improvement of new designs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in hydraulic system maintenance and repair, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems, understanding of electrical systems, and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
  • Language: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications in hydraulic systems or heavy equipment.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software systems.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within France and occasionally internationally as needed.
