PERIMETRE DU POSTE :

==> Assister l’équipe commerciale dans le développement du CA, assurer le suivi de projets entre les clients et les fournisseurs en gérant les développements (planning, échanges, réponse aux demandes, sécurisation projet) et en assistant la démarche commerciale.


DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE :

Gestion de projet :

  • Responsable du développement des projets du brief par le commercial jusqu’à la validation finale du produit
  • Echanges commerciaux / clients/usines sur le développement du projet
  • Préparation et suivi d’un rétroplanning + relance client
  • Sécurisation du projet : BAT et BAG signés, panoplies teintes, panoplies défauts, spec signée (certificats à destination du client)
  • Maintien du dossier "projet" sur le serveur
  • Mise à jour d’un récapitulatif projets


Accompagnement commercial:

  • Gestion des échantillons clients : demandes, envois, accompagnement
  • Salons : participation à certains salons et suivi suite aux contacts salons
  • En support du commercial, cibler et préparer des propositions/ promotions spéciales pour un client spontanément ou sur un brief : emailing, propositions alternatives, etc
  • Suivi des retombées emailings, mail shots… en coordination avec le commercial


Administratif:

  • Transmission des spécifications, informations produits
  • Rédaction des fiches article, fiche client, codes articles (FPT, ERP) et entrée de l’ensemble des informations dans l’ERP.
  • Facturation : échantillons, proforma, outils décor si besoin
  • Assurer les relances de paiement en coordination avec le commercial


PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Expérience réussie dans un poste d’assistant(e) commercial / chef de projet, idéalement dans les cosmétiques
  • Maitrise impérative de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Gestion de projets
  • Connaissance des processus de production, Connaissance des produits
  • Capacité d’organisation et d’anticipation
  • Support d’une équipe commerciale : suivi des demandes, relances, proactivité
  • Sensibilité marketing : produits, analyse de gamme client, recommandations
  • Gestion des litiges
  • Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Excel, Powerpoint, logiciel de gestion commerciale / ERP
  • Soft Skills : Personnalité ouverte et dynamique, tournée sur le business développement, l’esprit d’équipe. Forte sensibilité pour l’univers de la beauté, curieux, ouvert sur l’extérieur, capable de comprendre les tendances du marché, les évolutions du secteur et d’anticiper les besoins des clients.
