Position : Sales Director Project Business Europe / France
Business Group : Project Business Europe
Reports to : Head of Project Business Europe
Location : France / Remote
Position Summary
Astronergy is seeking an experienced Sales Director Project Business Europe / France. The candidate shall be responsible for the sales activities to drive the growth of European-based Project Business accounts and expansion. The candidate will develop, maintain and grow Astronergy´ s Project Business accounts cooperation and relationship establishment, to promote Astronergy products to increase sales revenue and market share in the overall project market.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Identify, qualify, engage, secure and grow Project Business accounts.
- Generate leads and maintain sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Develop relationships with the top and strategic Project Business Accounts.
- Implement Astronergy’s sales plan and achieve revenue targets.
- Team-up closely with technical and marketing teams to support client needs and grow revenue.
- Large project bidding, follow-up for the Strategic Project Business Accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process from customer acquisition until delivery and payments.
- Monitor the market – gain the ability to make reliable forecasts.
- Represent Astronergy at the large projects market in Europe.
- Organize with technical team roadshows, webinars, conferences and customer trainings if necessary.
Qualification Requirements:
· At least 5 years of work experience in PV industry.
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.
· Solid experience with MS Office and CRM.
· Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluent in English, any other additional language will be considered an advantage.
· Results oriented and customer oriented with a hunting attitude.
· Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time or more).
