Dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée indéterminée, en tant que Head of Merchandising Transformation (F/H), au sein de la Direction coordination Internationale, votre rôle consiste à accompagner les BU dans les projets de transformation stratégiques (sur leur process de structure de collection, d'editing, d'assortiment et d'achat), de façon transverse et en lien avec les autres départements.

Clustering de magasins, stratégies d'editing et d'assortiment cross BUs pour décliner de façon transverse l'intention des collections :
- Analyser et synthétiser l'utilisation actuelle du clustering ainsi les différentes stratégies d'assortiments entre BUs et zones
- Définir et proposer une nouvelle segmentation de clusters et de nouvelles règles d'assortiment, qui répondent aux besoins de l'ensemble des BUs et reflétant le positionnement stratégique de la Maison
- Déployer le nouveau clustering et les nouvelles règles d'assortiment en s'assurant de l'adhésion des équipes centrales (BUs et métiers adjacents) et des Zones
- Faciliter le Change ManagementHaut du formulaire
- Être le porte-parole des Métiers dans l'optimisation d'outils existants et dans l'élaboration de nouveaux outils permettant d'intégrer le nouveau clustering et les nouvelles règles d'assortiment
- Mettre en place le processus de suivi et être le garant de l'évolution de la stratégie de clustering en fonction des besoins des BUs et des zones, ainsi que des règles d'assortiment, afin d'optimiser les Sell-Through

Accompagnement des BUs sur les projets de transformation Supply Chain et Industriel :
- Être le porte-parole des Business Units dans les projets de transformation menés par les autres départements pour s'assurer de la prise en compte des besoins métiers dans les différents chantiers de transformation
- S'assurer de la pertinence du calendrier de déploiement en intégrant les contraintes des Business Units (notamment cadencement des Showrooms)
- Accompagner le changement au sein des Business Units, en central ou en zone, pour s'assurer du bon déploiement des projets

Etudes diverses :
- Implication ponctuelle et analyses variées sur de nombreux sujets en lien avec l'activité de la Maison, notamment pour permettre de mieux cibler nos clients à travers nos collections transverses, pour décliner les stratégies les plus pertinentes, en lien avec les zones
- Formation supérieure en école d'ingénieur, commerce et/ou autre diplôme universitaire
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste de Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain ou de Transformation des process Merchandising
- Maîtrise du Pack Office, et connaissance d'Anaplan ou d'une autre plateforme EPM
- Excellente compréhension des process Retail Merchandising et Supply Chain
- Bonne aisance relationnelle, esprit d'équipe, capacité à fédérer
- Rigueur, précision, dynamisme, proactivité et agilité sont des atouts essentiels à la réussite de nos missions
- Esprit de synthèse et bonnes capacités de communication demandées
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
