Vos missions :

  • Contribuer à des activités de lancement de projet et définir les stratégies d'implémentation
  • Concevoir et penser l'architecture d'une base de données
  • Définir les normes/patterns applicables au projet et mettre en place les processus et outils nécessaires à la qualité du code
  • Mener le développement et le paramétrage de nouvelles fonctionnalités de la solution avec votre équipe, et assurer les revues de code
  • Rédiger la documentation technique, et prendre en charge les tests et intégration
  • Encadrer et accompagner les équipes de développement
  • Participer activement à la vie interne de Capgemini : recrutements, animation de nos communautés (Tech Leads, Women At Capgemini, DevOps, RSE, Environnement…)
  • Accompagnement de vos mentees à travers le rôle de Carrer Manager.



Votre profil :

  • Vous maitrisez les technologies Java et son écosystème
  • Vous êtes à l’aise pour encadrer techniquement
  • Vous appréciez les interactions clients
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais professionnel
  • Vous êtes une personne technophile, avec une bonne capacité d’adaptation
