SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is around $100,000-$120,000, depending on location and experience.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to help shape Contentsquare's talent strategy. As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top technical talent across multiple functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and job requirements.
You'll manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This includes leveraging various sourcing strategies, conducting initial screening interviews, maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
You'll also develop and maintain relationships with talent networks and technical communities, collaborate with People team members to improve recruitment strategies, and stay up-to-date on trends in the tech job market.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong background in sourcing for engineering, product, and design roles
- Proven experience recruiting for various technical positions, such as software engineers, front-end/back-end developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, Data Engineer, and DevOps
- Familiarity with technical skills and concepts to effectively evaluate candidates and communicate requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with both technical and non-technical candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar platforms)
