Nous recrutons pour notre client basé à Lyon, Industriel de l'Energie electrique, 4 sites français et 4 sites à l’international Chine, Mexique, Maroc et en Roumanie, 300 collaborateurs, un(e) Key Account Manager H/F .



Pour Développer le portefeuille d’activité sous la responsabilité du directeur commercial groupe. Vous coordonnez les réponses aux appels d’offre et gérez les négociations pour l’obtention de celles-ci. Vous élaborez la politique et l'organisation commerciale du centre d'activité (Business Unit) selon des objectifs de rentabilité économique (marge brute), définissez les orientations à moyen / long terme, les objectifs et moyens nécessaires (humains, techniques, commerciaux, financiers, informationnels).


Vous serez en charge de :


  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires en fidélisant les clients existants et en conquérant de nouveaux prospects.
  • Gérer les différentes équipes lors de la réponse à des appels d’offre et négocier celles-ci auprès des clients en vue d’obtenir les projets.
  • Participer à la définition des orientations stratégiques et des objectifs commerciaux de l’entreprise.
  • Planifier et organiser les projets, en allouant efficacement les ressources humaines, techniques et budgétaires.
  • Assurer le suivi commercial des activités/projets, traiter les dysfonctionnements majeurs et coordonner les actions avec les équipes internes et externes.
  • Gérer le budget des ventes de votre secteur d’activité et assurer un reporting rigoureux.
  • Réaliser des études de marché et assurer une veille concurrentielle
  • Contribuer à la définition des conditions commerciales et de la politique de prix.
  • Proposer des actions commerciales et promotionnelles sur les différents marchés.


Profil :

  • Diplôme BAC + 5 : Ecole de commerce, école d’ingénieur ou Master
  • Une première expérience dans le domaine commercial, de préférence dans l’industrie
  • Connaissance du secteur de l’énergie, en particulier le secteur l’énergie électrique
  • Forte orientation résultats, avec une capacité à définir et atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion budgétaire et de reporting.
  • Anglais


Salaire 60-65 k +10 % de variable véhicule
