Senior Board Implementation Consultant – Paris
Our esteemed client, a premier consulting firm known for its excellence in Board implementations, seeks a talented Senior Consultant for their Paris office. With a primary focus on elevating Performance Management, Business Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics Solutions, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing tailored solutions for clients of varying scales by leveraging the cutting-edge capabilities of Board software.

About the Role
We are looking for a proficient professional with a solid technical background in implementations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding clients toward optimizing their operations and decision-making processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, contributing to their success while being part of a leading consultancy recognized for excellence in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver successful Board transformation projects with a focus on consolidation, reporting, disclosure, and compliance.
- Design and configure solutions to support and implement financial and business processes using Board software.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted business advisor.
- Manage large-scale Board projects, develop project teams, and provide ongoing implementation support.
- Use your expertise in EPM software to help clients adopt and fully utilize Board software.
- Collaborate with clients to translate data into sophisticated models and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.
- Provide customized training sessions and documentation to facilitate Board adoption.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, applying best practices to design high-performance Board models.
Technical & Functional Skills Required
- Proven expertise in using the Board EPM solution.
- Strong application development skills, leveraging Cube views, dashboards, dimensions, and formulas to build robust solutions.
- End-to-end experience with 5+ full life cycle implementations of Board software.
- Ability to create complex reports from scratch using the Board Financial Consolidation Tool.
- Foundations of Building in Board certification is highly recommended.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively and think strategically.
- Track record of successful consolidation projects across various domains.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
