Infrastructure - Private Equity Associate (Tier 1)

The firm is a Tier 1 Private Equity specializing in infrastructure investments across the world. With a focus on identifying, acquiring, and managing high-quality infrastructure assets in sectors such as energy, transportation, utilities, and digital infrastructure, the firm aims to create value for its investors and stakeholders through strategic asset management and operational excellence.
Role Overview:
The firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its Infrastructure Investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in deal execution, portfolio management, and asset development. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for infrastructure investing to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis for potential investments.
- Support deal execution, including preparation of investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Assist in managing existing portfolio assets, identifying opportunities for value creation, and executing asset management strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, advisors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on infrastructure investments being a strong advantage.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in infrastructure and a commitment to long-term value creation.
