Talents Unis, expert du recrutement d’Assistant(e)s de Direction, Office Managers et professionnels RH, recherche pour son client, cabinet de conseil international en plein développement, un(e) Office Manager pour son bureau parisien, comptant une centaine de collaborateurs.

Votre rôle sera scindé en deux missions principales :


D’une part, la gestion des bureaux : suivi des travaux, des aménagements, de la décoration, puis de l’entretien quotidien des espaces de travail et de réception. Vous assurerez le relai avec les fournisseurs et prestataires extérieurs, ainsi qu’avec l’équipe IT ou la maintenance lorsque leur intervention sera nécessaire. Vous serez en charge du management de l’hôtesse d’accueil, veillant à sa motivation comme à sa performance.

D’autre part l’animation du bureau : par de petites attentions pour les jours « spéciaux » (anniversaires, naissance, succès, etc…), vous saurez marquer « le coup », donnant une belle respiration par un trait d’humour, une pause, un clin d’œil, dans le rythme échevelé du quotidien des consultants. Vous organiserez les petits et grands évènements jalonnant l’année (summer party, pâques, Noël, petits-déjeuners …), les team buildings, et saurez vous montrer créatif(ve) pour varier les plaisirs.

Votre rôle consistera également dans l’accueil des nouveaux arrivants, la mise en place de process pour faciliter la vie de chacun. Vous savez être force de proposition, et ne manquez pas de bonnes initiatives. Vous reporterez au Directeur Financier, et gèrerez en autonomie le budget de votre pôle d’activité.


Avec au moins 7 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de bureaux, de projets et d’évènements, vous êtes d’une nature dynamique, enthousiaste et persistante. Vous aimez rendre service et partager dispendieusement votre joie avec vos collaborateurs. Vous restez cependant organisé(e), autonome, et prêtez attention au moindre détail, qualité nécessaire pour travailler dans ce secteur exigeant où chaque minute est comptée. Vous avez un anglais courant, qui vous permettra de communiquer avec les collaborateurs non francophones, les clients internationaux et les visiteurs des bureaux étrangers.
