Dans le cadre de leur développement au niveau national et international, ils recherchent un Customer Success Manager H/F.


Au sein de l’équipe Customer Success, tu seras chargé(e) de répondre aux besoins, questions et problématiques des clients tout en assurant la fidélisation et la rétention lors d'opérations ou actions dédiées.

Au programme ?

● Accompagnement et suivi des B2B B2C ( distributeurs/ clients directs et/ou par répartition géographique)

● Répondre à toutes demandes clients par téléphone, email, visio’

● Gestion et résolution de "tickets" dans l’outil Zendesk

● Collaborer et transmettre les demandes techniques, produits, informatiques et marketing aux départements internes en France et en Grèce

● Application des dispositions légales et des garanties

● Gestion du SAV produits (réparations et remplacements des produits en lien avec notre usine et gestion logistique)

● Participation à des campagnes ou projets afin d’assurer la fidélisation et la rétention (offre de reprise ou parrainage, rédaction d’articles sur WordPress pour notre Help Center, Upsell, interviews clients…)

● Contribution aux projets du service (ex : mise en place ou gestion Help Center, Tutorials, Notion, Chatbot)

● Gestion des litiges clients

● Objectif de rétention et de fidélisation : gestion d’une partie du renouvellement des abonnements et des impayés

● Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente (Upsell) et de développement commercial et travailler avec les équipes concernées pour les exploiter.


De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire dans un environnement international. Vous êtes passionné par la relation client et savez gérer les éventuelles problématiques liées à l'après-vente de façon réactive. Autonomie, adaptabilité et réactivité sont de la partie.
