Our Paris-based client, a leader in AI-driven SaaS solutions, is seeking a Chief Product Officer to spearhead their innovative product development initiatives. This role presents a unique opportunity to exercise creative freedom, shape product direction, and make a significant impact on the healthcare sector.
Role Summary:
As the Chief Product Officer, you will report directly to the company founders and lead product development initiatives. Your visionary leadership will be instrumental in creating an innovative team environment, surpassing performance benchmarks, and achieving business objectives.
Principal Duties:
• Craft and implement a comprehensive product roadmap, leveraging insights and expertise from the founders.
• Oversee the creation and rollout of product features that anticipate healthcare needs and enhance medical practices globally.
• Enhance operational efficiency by refining processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Develop a culture of excellence and leadership within the product team, fostering innovation and productivity.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to deliver superior products to the market.
• Identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and drive growth through effective implementation.
• Articulate the distinct value proposition of products, lead new projects, and advocate for essential features.
• Manage expectations among stakeholders and ensure product features align with business objectives.
• Lead strategic financial planning for the department, including budgeting and spending.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences preferred, with a strong grasp of compliance and quality standards.
• Proven success in mentoring and motivating highly skilled product teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of leveraging data for strategic operations.
• Experience scaling products quickly in a rapidly growing environment.
• Adaptable decision-maker, responsive to market changes.
• Ethical, humble, and collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
