Chief Product Officer – SaaS


Our Paris-based client, a leader in AI-driven SaaS solutions, is on the hunt for a Chief Product Officer. This position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader eager to exercise creative freedom, sculpt strategies, and shape the product direction, all while making a substantial impact on the healthcare sector.


Role Summary:


Reporting directly to the company founders, the Chief Product Officer will head the product development initiatives and mentor a talented team of professionals. Your visionary leadership will be essential in creating a cohesive and innovative team environment, aimed at surpassing performance benchmarks and achieving business objectives.


Principal Duties:


  • Utilise the insights and expertise of the founders to craft and implement a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Oversee the creation and rollout of product features that anticipate healthcare needs and enhance medical practices globally.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by refining processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Develop and nurture a culture of excellence and leadership within the product team, applying top industry practices to spur innovation and elevate productivity.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to deliver superior products to the market.
  • Drive growth by identifying customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring effective implementation.
  • Articulate the distinct value proposition of our products, lead new projects, and advocate for the development of essential features and functionalities.
  • Convey the strategic narrative of our product capabilities and manage expectations among stakeholders.
  • Ensure product features align with business objectives, prioritising them to optimise impact.
  • Manage strategic financial planning for your department, including budgeting and spending.


Qualifications:


  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum of five years in a leadership role in Product Management, specifically within the B2B SaaS realm.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly regulated field is preferred, with a strong grasp of compliance and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and motivating highly skilled product teams.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a proven track record of leveraging data in strategic operations.
  • Experience with scaling products quickly in a rapidly growing environment.
  • A systematic approach to decision-making, heavily reliant on data.
  • Adaptable and quick to alter strategies in response to market changes.
  • A team player who is ethical, humble, and collaborative.
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Prepared to travel internationally as needed to support worldwide operations.
