Responsibilities:
• Alignment with Business Goals: Ensuring that ServiceNow initiatives align with the organization's overall business objectives and strategies.
• Roadmap Development: Creating and executing a ServiceNow roadmap that outlines the organization's ServiceNow strategy and goals.
• Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of ServiceNow consultants, developers, and administrators
Project Management: Overseeing the successful implementation of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Standards and Policies: Establishing and enforcing ServiceNow governance standards and policies.
• Compliance: Ensuring that ServiceNow solutions comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Mandatory Skills Description:
• ServiceNow Platform: A solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and capabilities.
• Configuration: Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization options.
• Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams.
• Decision-Making: Making informed decisions based on available information.
• Time Management: Effectively managing time and resources.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
