Internship - Operations - 6 months
We are looking for an intern to join the Risk & Operation team within our Infrastructures strategy. The internship will take a period of 6 months, starting in January 2025.
The Operation team is involved in the monitoring of several funds investing several hundred million euros each year in private debt, private equity and listed assets (credit and equities).
The Intern will participate in the following tasks:
- The proper outcome of transactions carried out by the investment teams by communicating with the counterparty, agent, lawyer and custodian.
- The record of transactions in our tracking system,
- The reconciliation of positions vs cash (with the custodian). Investigation and resolving gaps if any.
- The preparation of payment notice to borrowers or agents and execution of payment.
- The preparation of the funds NAVs, distributions and annual audit.
- The preparation of internal, regulatory and client reporting, in collaboration with the various teams (investment team, client relationship team, compliance team)
Profile :
- Student in off-cycle or final year internship from business or engineering school
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
- Confirmed Excel user and data savvy
