Your Role:


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in the fit-out industry, particularly in selling warehouse equipment such as racking systems, forklifts, cantilevers, mezzanine structures, and related solutions. This hybrid role combines time in our Paris office with remote work, requiring fluency in English and French at a professional level.


As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our B2B clients.
  • Leverage your expertise in warehouse equipment and fit-out processes to address customer needs and close deals effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, positioning ProfiCircle as their go-to solution for fit-out projects.




Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to senior decision-makers in medium and large enterprises.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive successful deal closures.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into active platform users and long-term customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Client Success:
  • Guide clients through the platform to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of warehouse equipment sales and fit-out expertise to solve client challenges.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Report sales performance metrics and key insights to company leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies and client feedback.


What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in warehouse equipment sales (e.g., selling racking systems, forklifts, cantilevers, mezzanines, or similar solutions).
  • Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and consistently closing deals.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse fit-out processes and related equipment.
  • Fluency in English and French at a professional level is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to collaborate in the office and work remotely.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital sales tools is highly desirable.
