Our flagship solutions offered to the market are
- ALTO Investment (a portfolio management solution for asset managers and asset owners)
- ALTO Wealth & Distribution (an advisory and discretionary portfolio management solution for distributors and private banks)
- ALTO ESR (Employee Saving and Retirement) a scalable front-to-back employee savings and retirement platform for banking and insurance groups
- Other specialized solutions have also been developed, such as ALTO Asset Servicing for custodian control and ALTO Sustainability a solution integrates ESG data and investment analysis to provide the best ESG and climate decision-making tool
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual for the pivotal role in our Corporate Development and Transformation team. The successful candidate will embody our core values, driving our acquisition strategy, overseeing corporate development initiatives, and leading the transformation of our rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Development
- Lead the identification, evaluation and execution of potential acquisitions in the wealth management, asset management and risk management software sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and structure acquisition deals aligned with our objectives and working with Amundi AM Corporate an Strategy team
- Foster an innovative mindset, exploring creative avenues for growth and strategic partnerships
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities, fearlessly venturing into new regions or segments
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative market entry strategies
- Work closely with executive leadership to develop and refine the corporate strategy, confronting challenges with resilience
Transformation Management
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives, fostering collaboration and unity among diverse teams within Amundi Technology and across Amundi AM. bro
- Implement strategic plans for seamless integration of acquired companies, addressing challenges with resilience.
- Instill an entrepreneurial culture within the organization, promoting adaptability and agility
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on potential strategic moves and opportunities
