Support the design and delivery of a robust HR data, reporting and analytics strategy for AXA IM HR, helping HR and the business take better, fact based, decisions, and enhance employee experience.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities include, but may BE not limited to :
HR Reporting, Insights and Analytics
- Help design and deliver a robust HR data, reporting and analytics strategy for AXA IMs HR function, helping HR and the business take better, fact based, decisions, and enhance employee experience.
- Leverage new technologies, especially big data / AI, to support or lead implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies leveraging tech to create simplicity and customer focus.
- Responsible of the deployment of the data strategy on HR topics by enforcing data standards : Document, monitor and share data quality at global HR Scale with KPIs : propose and follow up data quality rules and issue remediation plans.
- Deliver ad'hoc and recurring reportings, KPI's and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders (Management, HR, Heads of, Compliance, IT, RFP teams, Group HR, etc.).
- Implement and support data and insights by design for every HR Project
- Support the optimization of HR reports at global level, decrease the volume of reports being manually generated, collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support and additional reports for their decision-making processes
- Drive required improvements of our reporting and insights capabilities and suggest/define additional reports : Design and implement strategies for collecting, analysing, and interpreting people data from various sources (HRIS, surveys, performance systems, etc.)
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making across various HR functions (talent acquisition, engagement, retention, etc.)
- Help upskilling initiatives on data and reporting usage, in order to significantly increase self-service capabilities of employees or users.
Data infrastructure
- Design, build and maintain scalable set up to support efficient and effective data workflows with manual and automation to deliver effective HR data analysis.
- Ensure our data management is compliant with AXA IM standards + Local laws through the support of a strong relationship with our Data Privacy officers and IT Security officers.
- Support or lead the implementation of processes and support reinforce existing processes to guarantee the quality of HR data in our HRIS landscape, perform HRIS data audit and provide support to HR colleagues solving data issues.
- Act as an AXA IM representative in the Group HRIS programme data management stream to guarantee a proper configuration and implementation taking into account all AXA IM data requirements to maintain our business continuity.
- BE proactive with HR systems to understand how the data is processed and to retrieve data from WFA system, Performance/Recruiting/Learning/Talent systems, absence & time system, and translate them into insightful reports and analytics.
Votre profilQualifications
- Advanced knowledge on Pack Office (Excel and Power Point mainly).
- Experience on Oracle HCM is an added value.
- Experience on Tableau data visualization tool is an added value
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals and key HR processes Is a plus
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English is mandatory, French is a big plus.
Experience :
- At least 8 years of experience of which 5 years in a similar role and preferably within an international matrix organisation.
Competencies
- Highly analytical mindset, demonstrated ability to analyse and structure tasks and information
- Unwavering rigour and attention to detail, where and if needed.
- Change management experience and ability to adjust to change, including the ability to work through ambiguous situations and to multitask. Strong time management skills and get things done attitude.
