Pour l’ensemble des sociétés du Groupe, l'Insurance Risk Manager F/H assure la gestion, le suivi et l’optimisation des contrats d’assurances du Groupe tant en France qu’à l’international sur plusieurs lignes d’assurances.

MISSIONS





Sous la supervision de la Responsable Assurances Groupe au sein du Service Juridique et Assurances Groupe, l'Insurance Risk Manager interviendra notamment dans le cadre des missions suivantes :




  • Suivi de la production en relation avec les courtiers du Groupe et notamment : recherche, souscription/placement, renouvellement et suivi des contrats d’assurances récurrents et exceptionnels des sociétés/projets/équipements du Groupe ; gestion et suivi des demandes d’attestations ; suivi des échéances ; allocation de primes et facturation ; communication et vérifications des assiettes de calcul des primes ; vérification et mise au paiement des factures de primes ; gestion des appels d’offres assurances et courtage, analyse et optimisation des garanties et limites ; suivi et optimisation du budget de primes et de frais de courtages .
  • Analyse des besoins auprès des filiales et conseil aux Responsables de projets ou Directeurs des filiales sur le choix d’assurances adaptées à leurs situations. Analyse des responsabilités et des risques liés aux choix d’assurances en amont de la souscription.
  • Rédaction et négociation des clauses assurances des contrats projets, notamment contrat de construction et d’exploitation des projets du Groupe.
  • Audit assurances :négociation des exigences assurances imposées par les prêteurs dans le cadre des financements de projets.
  • Communication :présentation des placements en interne et en externe (actionnaires et prêteurs), sensibilisation des opérationnels aux problématiques assurances, développements de guides, formulaires, documents de synthèses, tableaux de bords et analyses de résultats.
  • Remontée d’informations auprès de la Responsable Assurances Groupe et du Responsable Juridique Groupe.
  • Reporting et gestion du suivi administratif des contrats d’assurances régulièrement mis à jour.
  • Gestion des sinistres et contentieux en lien avec les courtiers-assureurs et notamment déclaration, suivi des opérations d’expertise, analyse de la sinistralité, retours d’expérience et préconisations.


Les missions porteront sur plusieurs lignes d’assurances et notamment : assurances de dommages pour les projets en phase construction et exploitation ainsi que pour les équipements de mesures associés ; programme international d’assurance responsabilité civile pour l’ensemble des sociétés du Groupe ; assurance de responsabilité civile des dirigeants ; assurance multirisque professionnelle des locaux ; assurance des déplacements professionnels (mission – assistance – rapatriement) ; assurance des œuvres d’arts ; assurance cyber-risk ; assurance transport.





PROFIL RECHERCHÉ



Les compétences suivantes sont indispensables pour le poste :

  • La méthodologie et l’organisation ;
  • La connaissance marché de l’écosystème des assurances ;
  • La connaissance du droit des assurances et des contrats ;
  • Un niveau d’anglais bilingue (fort contexte international).

Les compétences suivantes pourront vous démarquer parmi les candidatures :

  • Capacité de coordination entre parties prenantes externes et internes à l’entreprise ;
  • Une grande capacité d’autonomie, notamment dans la recherche de l’information ;
  • La discrétion au regard des informations confidentielles.
