Founded to empower IT and engineering freelancers, Hightekers handles all administrative management, allowing freelancers to focus on what they do best. Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our Consultants & Workers Management department at Hightekers. In this pivotal role, you will act as consultants' primary point of contact throughout their journey with us—onboarding, their time with the company, and offboarding. This role involves managing administrative HR processes for consultants based in France and internationally, ensuring compliance with employment regulations across the countries where we operate.
Your Responsibilities in this role:
Processing Consultant Entry:
- Prepare, review, and finalize employment contracts and amendments in compliance with social and contractual legislation.
- Establish work permits, secondment requests, and other necessary documentation for international assignments.
- Ensure timely registration with various employment-related organizations.
Management of Employee Administrative Files:
- Handle consultant files, including ATD (wage garnishment), RQTH (recognition of disabled worker status), sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other employment-related documentation.
Processing Consultant Departures:
- Anticipate and prepare exit documentation for consultants (mutual termination, resignation, end of trial period, etc.).
- Manage deregistration with relevant organizations.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of departure documents.
Legislation Monitoring and Advisory:
- Monitor labour legislation across countries where Hightekers operates to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with Business Developers to advise on labour law-related queries.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers to ensure smooth HR processes.
What you bring to the role and the team:
Required:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Social Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid knowledge of personnel administration and employment law.
- Strong sense of service with a versatile, proactive, and rigorous mindset.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with autonomy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, HR systems).
- Professional-level English (written and spoken).
Valuable:
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Familiarity with start-up environments, demonstrating adaptability, teamwork, and a collaborative mindset.
- Other European Language (French, Spain, Germany)
