WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As Senior Product Manager at Timeleft, your primary role will be to drive user acquisition, retention, and referral through constant product improvements. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Growth Acquisition, Tech teams, and the Executive Committee to build optimal onboarding flows, enhance virality through referral mechanisms, and maximize feature adoption within our user base. A key part of your role will be to ensure users return to our dinners consistently, fostering a loyal and engaged community
Roadmap Management
• Define our product vision for your domain and build the associated roadmap.
• Centralize needs and feedback from internal teams and external users, partners, etc., and prioritize developments accordingly.
Feature Development
• Architect every feature within your domain, managing all steps from discovery to launch: specifications, design iterations, engineering interactions, quality assessment, and success monitoring.
Market Intelligence
• Become a product expert by combining insights from product trends, competitor analyses, data monitoring, and user interviews.
Communication and Alignment
• Maintain visibility for all stakeholders regarding upcoming developments and ensure alignment across all teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for product-related topics in your domain.User and Market Understanding
• Conduct numerous user interviews with users and organizers globally, and perform continuous competitive benchmarks.
Data-Driven Decision Making
• Analyze product usage data to make informed decisions and monitor the impact of your team’s work.
Product Building and Marketing
• Become an expert in specifications, design, QA, feature release, and product marketing.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including support, ops, sales, marketing, growth acquisition, tech teams, and the executive committee.
Team Empowerment
• Empower your squad to achieve goals efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and collaborate with a product designer to ensure cohesive product development.
REQUIREMENTS
• Analytical & Empathic Mindset: You balance data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of user needs.
• Sense of Ownership: You take responsibility for your work and strive for excellence.
• Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly with mobile apps and/or consumer products.
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Product Savvy: You stay updated on emerging product trends and enjoy testing new mobile apps.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You welcome challenges, feedback, and strive for continuous improvement.
• Tech Fluency: Comfortable in technical environments and curious about how things work.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in solving complex problems and analyzing data.
• Efficiency: Able to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Attention to Detail: You spot flaws easily and understand that details matter.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
