L'Hôtel Montalembert recrute son/sa Directeur(rice) F&B :


Responsabilités Principales :


Gestion Globale du Service F&B :

  • Superviser toutes les opérations de restauration de l'hôtel (restaurant, bar, room service, minibar et événements).
  • Garantir des normes élevées de qualité de service, de présentation des plats et de satisfaction des clients.


Management d'équipe :

  • Recruter, former, encadrer et motiver une équipe talentueuse de professionnels de la restauration.
  • Établir des objectifs clairs pour le personnel et assurer un suivi régulier de leur performance.


Gestion Financière :

  • Élaborer et gérer le budget F&B de manière efficace, en optimisant les coûts tout en maintenant la qualité.
  • Analyser les performances financières, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité.
  • Gestion de la masse salariale.


Expérience Client :

  • Accueil et service d’un clientèle haut de gamme.
  • Veiller à ce que chaque client bénéficie d'une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle en accord avec la réputation de l'hôtel.
  • Résoudre rapidement et efficacement les problèmes et les plaintes des clients.
  • Fidéliser la clientèle.


Développement :

  • Développer l’offre de restauration.
  • Lancement de nouvelles cartes (calcul des coûts et ratios).
  • Optimisation des points de vente et mise en place d’actions commerciales.


Gestion administrative :

  • Gestion des plannings.
  • Administration du personnel.
  • Etroite collaboration avec la Direction, service RH et comptabilité.
