The purpose of the CRM Data Analyst, EMEI role is to contribute to optimizing customer interactions and business growth for the Brand.


The CRM Data Analyst, EMEI will play a crucial role in the Maison to leverage our client data to enhance our customer engagement and ultimately foster loyalty to the Brand.


The successful candidate will analyse client behavioural data, performance metrics, market trends and CRM system performance. They will support on the creation and monitoring of client initiatives to enhance business outcomes and improve client engagement.


They will use this insight to help devise strategies and approaches to target our clients to drive sales and enhance the overall client experience.


This position will partner and collaborate cross functionally, including Retail, Operations, Ecommerce, Product, Communications, Events, Merchandising and Planning and Training functions.


Prior experience in CRM and Luxury Retail is advantageous.


The CRM Analyst, EMEI will report directly to the Planning Director, EMEI with multiple key stakeholder relationships across the region.


Key Responsibilities

Development of CRM Analysis

Assess the need and create new KPIs to be able to allow the teams to learn our customers behaviour

  • Strategic Analysis: Prepare key analysis for the Brand, including monthly and annual reports for the top management. Utilize BI tools to perform hands-on analysis, delivering customer insights across Retail, ECOM, and Buying & Planning.

Monthly Customer business reports (customer typology & customer category) at various level (region, stores)

Customer behavior analysis with product categories and seasonality

Customer and Transactional cross selling analysis

  • Reporting and KPIs: Develop custom reporting, dashboards, and identify additional KPIs to drive business decisions.

Close collaboration with central CRM team to contribute in creating centralised reports in powerBI

Create an analytical mindset in the retail and ecommerce teams

  • Data quality monitoring: Oversee client data for the UK and European region.
  • Segmentation Optimization: Analyse and challenge existing segmentations.


Analysis of CRM Performance

Collection Launch Support: Provide analytical assistance during collection launches, pop ups and new store openings.

Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and clientelling campaigns and contribute with ideas for enhancements or improvements.

Customer Insights: Collaborate with Retail and Digital teams to analyse customer behavior and demographics. Identify critical client insights, target groups, and evaluate clientelling, events, and marketing initiatives.

Client Engagement Insights: Support all aspects of Client Engagement by analysing performance, ROI for events, and customer-centric insights.


Skillset

  • Clear Communication: Translate data research into concise, compelling insights through verbal and visual presentations.
  • Industry Research: Conduct research on clients and the luxury industry.
  • Holistic Analysis: Integrate and analyze client data from quantitative and qualitative sources.
  • Collaboration with Paris HQ: Work with the central team to organise workshops for future reports and any other ad hoc projects to enhance departmental performance.
  • Creativity and Accuracy: Blend innovative approaches while ensuring report accuracy and consistency.


Attributes

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command of Power BI
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
  • Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business
  • Additional language fluency is a plus
