Notre client a pour objectif de s'imposer comme leader européen de l'assurance.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, il recrute son futur Product Owner afin d'apporter son expertise et être force de proposition auprès de son DSI.

Vous piloterez des projets d'harmonisation du SI et de transformation digitale.

Processus de recrutement :

  • DSI et RH,
  • Manager (futur N+1).

En tant que Product Owner, vous serez en charge de coordonner différents projets techniques.

Vous serez au sein d'une équipe composée d'une dizaine de personnes.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez en charge de :

  • Définir la vision du produit : Identifier les attentes des utilisateurs et les fonctionnalités clés,
  • Effectuer l'analyse concurrentielle : Repérer les concurrents et les avantages du produit,
  • Communiquer la vision : Partager la vision du produit avec l'équipe,
  • Gérer le backlog : Créer et prioriser le Product Backlog selon la valeur métier, l'effort, le risque et la connaissance technique,
  • Rédiger des user stories : Décrire clairement les besoins clients et s'assurer de la faisabilité et du respect du budget,
  • Effectuer des user tests : Récolter des feedbacks utilisateurs pour ajuster le projet,
  • Organiser des démonstrations : Faire des démonstrations régulières pour clarifier les tâches et intégrer les contraintes techniques,
  • Valider les résultats : Accepter ou rejeter les résultats en fonction des critères d'acceptation.

En tant que Product Owner, vous disposez :

  • Expérience de 5 ans en pilotage de programmes et projets informatiques minimum,
  • Compétences démontrées en gestion de projet, incluant la planification, l'exécution et le suivi de projets complexes,
  • Expertise sectorielle dans le domaine des assurances, avec une compréhension approfondie des processus et des exigences spécifiques,
  • Capacité à coordonner et à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, assurant la cohérence et l'atteinte des objectifs,
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, capable de fédérer les équipes et de gérer les parties prenantes efficacement.
