Who are you?


We are looking for a talented Designer to complement our team, working for our client within the pharmaceutical industry.


Must have visual communication skills including graphic design, layout, and typography, and is comfortable in multiple workstream environments. Will execute on a variety of digital, online and print deliverables which include websites, banners, Interactive PDFs, interactive visual aids, brochures, and product packaging.

The role will be aligned to delivering on our client’s omnichannel strategy, focused on digital and print content and implementing of best practices. The Designer will support the omnichannel program of the client and as such, there is a focus is on asset adaptation and rapid refresh for their omnichannel strategy.



Job Description:

  • diverse digital, online web/ mobile, and print deliverables such as Visual-Aids, Websites, Brochures, Snippets, Posters, logos, Web Banners, Interactive PDFs, E-learning Modules & Covers for products and services
  • conception and design chops plus interactive expertise
  • attention to detail and process
  • on the creative direction and design concepts, develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables and have the ability to communicate ideas
  • consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development
  • understanding and ability to closely follow the branding/asset guidelines and apply them on designs.
  • of responsive design principles
  • frames and graphics as per client brand guidelines and meet the quality metrics as per client requirements.
  • hands-on knowledge of the tools, techniques, software, knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required
  • to develop color palettes, and stylesheets as per directions
  • creatives for omnichannel
  • or similarly, regulated industry experience preferred

Ideal Profile:

  • seeking a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in digital and print design, ideally with exposure to User Interface design, whether through agency or client-side roles.


  • qualifications include:


  • Proficiency in the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Figma. Knowledge of additional platforms like, JIRA is a bonus.
  • Strong design skills with an understanding of color theory and domain-specific knowledge.
  • Basic familiarity with video editing, and ideally, experience in motion graphics/SFX using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Educational background in design, preferably with a degree in Fine Arts.
  • A basic understanding and working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with or working knowledge of UI/UX Design is a plus.
  • Candidates should be located in France, preferably within a commutable distance to Paris, as this role will likely involve a hybrid of remote work and occasional office attendance.
  • Proficiency in Business English and native fluency in French, both spoken and written, is required.
