La mission :
La principale mission de l'architecte senior en cybersécurité sera d'apporter une expertise technique et méthodologique pour contribuer à la sécurisation « by design » d'architectures, dans le cadre de projets IT mettant en oeuvre des solutions et environnements complexes ou concernant un périmètre métier sensible.
L'architecte devra comprendre les besoins et enjeux métiers. Il évaluera les risques et émettra des recommandations pour traiter ces risques. Il émettra des spécifications sécurité en termes de design, de sécurité des interfaces, de gestion des identités et de la traçabilité, ainsi que des recommandations sur la sécurité des opérations sur ces architectures. Il veillera à ce que les nouvelles architectures s'intègrent aux environnements existants sans réduire le niveau de sécurité. Les missions porteront notamment sur toutes les initiatives IT mettant en oeuvre des technologies innovantes.
L'architecte devra assurer une veille technologique permettant d'évaluer les stratégies et outils émergents qui peuvent fournir une protection avancée sur les architectures.
Il sera essentiel de trouver un équilibre entre l'innovation et l'implémentation effective. Tous les designs proposés doivent être applicables, évolutives et conformes aux réglementations, tout en offrant une défense solide contre les cybermenaces en constante évolution.
De façon plus générale l'architecte proposera des modèles de référence pour la sécurité de certaines architectures type. Il contribuera ainsi à l'élaboration de guidelines de sécurité globales et applicables à l'ensemble du Groupe.
Il pourra également contribuer au choix de solutions pour lesquelles il devra être force de proposition et de conseil, spécifier des besoins de sécurité, réaliser des benchmarks et PoC de solutions et évaluer le niveau de sécurité.
Il sera intégré à l'équipe cybersécurité de LVMH et travaillera en collaboration avec les équipes Technologie, Architecture et Data du Groupe.
Les compétences :
D'une formation supérieure de type ingénieur, idéalement avec une spécialisation en cybersécurité, l'architecte cybersécurité a une expérience réussie de 10 à 15 ans dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.
Il possède une solide expertise technique (architectures cloud, API, réseaux, systèmes, IAM, chiffrement, intelligence artificielle, développement sécurisé, etc.) et pratique une veille régulière dans son domaine d'expertise. Il a un esprit tourné vers l'innovation avec une vision lui permettant d'identifier la manière dont les tendances technologiques peuvent avoir un impact sur la sécurité.
Il est autonome, pragmatique, méthodique et rigoureux avec de solides compétences analytiques combinées à un esprit créatif, capable de sortir des paradigmes traditionnels. Il possède de bonnes capacités de communication vis-à-vis des équipes projets (chefs de projets, architectes et leaders techniques).
