Job title : Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator (QHSE) / QESH Coordinator
Location: Vitry-sur-Seine, France
6 months contract to perm
5 days onsite Mon-Fri
Purpose of the job The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with the application of Quality Health Safety Environment rules on the Client's site(s). He/ she is the Customer's point of contact on behalf of client on site for all QHSE matters. He/She collaborates internally and externally with relevant stakeholders to ensure the security of everyone and the Client Site. The QHSE Coordinator actively contributes to the continuous improvement of client's Quality and Safety System and, thus, to increasing Customer satisfaction.
Professional relationships
Line manager: Regional Manager / Site Leader
Internal: Collaborates with Service Provider Managers and Client Managers, Technicians/Engineers of Service, the HSE Specialist, the Quality Manager
External: the customer's QHSE contact • the suppliers' QHSE contact
Based on company and customer QHSE rules, and, within the framework of customer contractual requirements:
coordinate the collection of the documents necessary for establishing the Prevention Plan (PDP) • coordinate the internal and external dissemination of the PDP • ensure the proper application of the PDP and safety instructions on its site • participate in the validation of sub-contracts contractors in collaboration with the Quality department • ensure the transmission of changes to versions of protocols (internal and service providers) to the client • ensure that they are familiar with the QHSE instructions and procedures (company and client) and ensure their recording
be the site's HSE referent (internal and customer) • manage anomalies, non-conformities and QHSE complaints (customer, internal, subcontractors): collect or deal with anomalies, determine the causes of anomalies, identify and propose solutions corrective measures to be implemented, respond to customer complaints, send service provider complaints, inform the customer of progress.
carry out stakeholder audits • lead QHSE topics on site
Responsibilities exercised and latitude of action •
Compliance with existing QHSE procedures • Guarantees compliance with QHSE rules on its site(s) • Responsible for handling anomalies • Informs the client of the progress of processing anomalies • Representation of the Company on site for QHSE subjects • Proposal for procedural improvements
Specific professional knowledge Internal:
• collaborates with Service Provider Managers and Client Managers, Technicians/Engineers • Knowledge of a laboratory environment • In-depth knowledge of QHSE • Professional English read, written and spoken • Advanced level on the MS Office Suite
Profile • Experience in a laboratory environment • Experience in Quality and HSE • Diploma or Level Bac+2 to Bac+3 in QHSE management / equivalent experience • Sense of customer service • Relationship skills
