We specialise in delivering holistic wellness experiences which are exceptionally thought through, transforming both residences and hotels into sanctuaries of well-being. As we continue to expand, we are launching an exciting new beauty brand that complements our wellness philosophy and brings a unique, science-backed approach to skincare.
Our innovative beauty brand focuses on creating next-generation skincare products, leveraging groundbreaking science and nature’s most potent ingredients. Currently in the pre-launch phase - and post astonishing clinical trials results -, our brand is poised to redefine global standards in skincare, with a particular emphasis on hydration. We are creating a unique ecosystem that spans professional skincare for spas, premium retail, and at-home self-care products.
We are seeking a visionary Chief Beauty and Product Officer to lead this beauty brand and shape its growth and global market presence. If you have extensive experience in product development, multi-channel sales, global retail and brand leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to build a category-defining brand from the ground up.
* Preference for candidates based in Paris or London, but open for different arrangements for the perfect person.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Take full ownership of the beauty brand’s business strategy, vision, and execution. Guide the business through its pre-launch phase and beyond, with the opportunity to shape every aspect of the brand, from product to market positioning.
- Product Innovation & Development: Oversee the development of innovative, science-backed skincare products, focusing on hydration and leveraging unique natural ingredients. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to refine the proprietary product formulations and ensure they align with the brand's long-term vision.
- Market Insight & Expansion: Analyse global beauty market trends, identify new opportunities, and drive strategic market entry, ensuring our products resonate with today’s global consumers. Lead multi-channel sales strategies, including retail, e-commerce, and spa channels.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a world-class team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture. Inspire cross-functional teams to execute on product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Partnerships & Channels: Develop strategic partnerships with global retail and e-commerce platforms, luxury spas, and other distribution channels. Expand the brand’s footprint by leveraging our unique spa ecosystem, which allows us to introduce the brand to thousands of consumers each month
- Brand Growth & Ecosystem: Be at the forefront of building a skincare brand that integrates professional spa use, retail, and at-home solutions. Develop relationships with key partners, including global spa networks that will support product trials and brand introductions.
- Financial Leadership: Oversee the business unit’s P&L, budgets, and financial performance. Drive profitability and sustainable growth through innovation, partnerships, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in the beauty or personal care industry, with a track record of leading product development, brand strategy, and global expansion. Experience leading multi-channel sales (retail, e-commerce, spas) is essential.

- Market Savvy: In-depth knowledge of global beauty trends and consumer preferences. Experience working across multiple geographies and luxury beauty markets is a plus.
- Leadership & Team Building: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute a clear, compelling vision for a new beauty brand that aligns with consumer needs and market opportunities.
