We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Education Executive to join our team in France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and education initiatives across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and education strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Manage and train a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with our HQ training teams to develop and implement training programs.
- Build strong relationships with floor managers and store directors to maximize brand exposure.
- Support in-store trade animations and deliver consumer masterclasses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in beauty and retail sales.
- Experience in training and education, with a focus on in-store and classroom training.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 80% of the time.
