Nous accompagnons des sociétés dans leur transformation digitale : de la stratégie à la mise en place de projets, nous accélérons la transformation de nos clients par des méthodes et des solutions innovantes mais surtout avec des collaboratrices et collaborateurs expérimenté(e)s avec une fibre "digit-entrepreneuriale" forte


Nos offres sont construites autour de trois expertises : le (Growth) Marketing digital, l’UX design, le Product. Nous évoluons constamment avec le marché, les technos et les besoins de nos clients.


Nous recherchons aujourd'hui un profil à orientation Growth & Marketing digital, et si dans ton parcours tu souhaites tester une autre expertise tu seras encouragé(e) et soutenu(e)


CONSULTANT(E) GROWTH & MARKETING DIGITAL


C’est la performance qui drive ton quotidien Plus concrètement, tes missions seront articulées autour de trois axes :


1. Acquisition de trafic : tu maîtrises les principaux leviers d’acquisition (Paid comme organique), et tu travailles tes campagnes à la conversion Tu as déjà mis en place des campagnes publicitaires. Côté méthodologie, tu utilises le test & learn pour identifier les initiatives qui génèrent de la croissance .


2. La web analyse : tu peux rentrer dans des outils de Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo ou Adobe Analytics) et tu comprends le fonctionnement des tags managers (Google Tag Manager, Tealium…). Tu pourras être amené(e) à rédiger des plans de taggage et à suivre l’implémentation de ceux-ci.


3. Activation Data : que ce soit en datavisualisation (Google Data Studio), en personnalisation de site (Kameleoon), en conversion de trafic (Marketing automation avec Klaviyo ou ActiveCampaign) ou en enrichissement de base CRM (Adobe Campaign, Hubspot) - et bien d’autres cas d’usage client - tu seras amené(e) à comprendre, organiser et manipuler des données digitales.


Ton quotidien de consultant(e) implique une écoute, un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse et une compréhension des problématiques de nos clients, start-ups et grands groupes. La curiosité et la rigueur seront tes meilleurs atouts pour mener à bien tes missions.


Tu ne maîtrises pas tous les leviers cités ci-dessus ? Pas de panique On te proposera des modules de formation et tu seras accompagné(e) par un(e) manager spécialisé(e) sur tes missions.


Tu as une expérience en banque ou pharma et tu connais la méthodologie Growth Hacking ? C'est un vrai plus dans ta candidature

Tu pourras également te former à toutes les briques du digital, grâce à nos experts de chaque sujet : Webanalytics, SEO/SEA, Growth Hacking,


Toute l'équipe se réunit régulièrement pour des journées ou des demi-journées de réflexion afin de construire de nouvelles offres, partager nos expériences et développer la notoriété de Digilityx.
