About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Sales Consultant to join our team at AG2R LA MONDIALE in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers, promoting our company's products and services, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our company's products and services to individual customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales and Service Experience: Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of our company's products and services, with the ability to communicate their benefits and features effectively.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
