Rapportant directement au Secrétaire Général de CCF Group, le/la responsable conformité groupe assure le support et l’homogénéité des actions des directions Conformité des entités bancaires du Groupe (banque de détail et banque spécialisée). Son expertise lui permet de coordonner en particulier les aspects :

  • Sécurité financière (KYC, Sanctions et embargo niveau 1 et 2, surveillance des transactions niveaux 1 et 2, déclarations de soupçon, dispositif anticorruption)
  • Conformité des services d’investissement
  • Protection des intérêts de la clientèle

Encadrant une équipe de 90 personnes, il/elle travaille en étroite liaison avec les membres du Comité de Direction, ainsi qu’avec les fonctions Groupe en charge des affaires réglementaires et juridiques.

Formation et expériences requises

  • Bac +5, Expérience réussie dans les différentes composantes de la fonction conformité d’une banque de détail (Plus de 15 ans d'expérience en conformité en banque de détail et/ou services d’investissements, Solide connaissance de MIFID, MAR et EMIR, Arr 3 Nov 2014, 5eme Directive, Sapin 2, etc.)
  • Maitrise des règlementations bancaires
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication pour diffuser une culture de la conformité (Aider au
  • développement, à la mise en oeuvre du programme de surveillance de la conformité, des
  • politiques, des procédures et des contrôles internes, évaluation de l'impact des nouvelles
  • initiatives commerciales avec une référence particulière à la LCB -FT et à la surveillance et au
  • reporting des transactions)
  • Esprit d’équipe, capacité à travailler dans une structure groupe matricielle en évolution
  • (Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes), grande réactivité
  • Gout pour les projets stimulants nécessitant un investissement personnel conséquent
  • Force de proposition et d’argumentation
  • Anglais courant indispensable
  • Connaissance des méthodes agiles / lean management est un plus
