As a "IT Project Manager E-Commerce" at RIMOWA your role is to support a dynamic team focused on delivering the best online experience to RIMOWA customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with global business teams to evaluate new requirements: qualify requests, assess feasibility, deliver effort estimates, identify constraints and dependencies. Participate in business roadmap prioritization
  • Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories
  • Work with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions
  • Manage the whole project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management and incidents
  • Organize daily agile activities with the development and QA team; follow the developments and organize the release planning
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (domain managers, software vendors…)
  • Deliver projects on time, at the expected level of quality and within budget
  • Participate in the definition of our storefront technical roadmap based on the Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices


Profile:


  • 5+ year experience with E-Commerce or IT development
  • 5+ year experience in IT project management
  • Experience developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, functional and technical requirements
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical awareness when assessing and scoping work
  • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS and basic web technologies. Preferable experience in Javascript
  • Additional experience in data flow management (ETL) and SQL is preferred
  • Required knowledge with SOA and APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferred.
  • Knowledge of business processes and solutions covering the whole e-commerce value chain, including OMS, WMS, TMS, PIM, PSP, POS integrations… is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of a code version control tool like GIT
  • Professional English is mandatory

En tant qu'IT Project Manager E-Commerce chez RIMOWA, votre rôle est de soutenir une équipe dynamique dont l'objectif est d'offrir la meilleure expérience en ligne aux clients de RIMOWA.


Responsabilités:


  • Travailler avec les équipes commerciales internationales pour évaluer les nouvelles exigences : qualifier les demandes, évaluer la faisabilité, fournir des estimations d'effort, identifier les contraintes et les dépendances. Participer à l'établissement des priorités de la feuille de route de l'entreprise
  • Traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en besoins des utilisateurs et en récits d'utilisateurs.
  • Travailler avec les développeurs, les architectes et les responsables techniques pour concevoir des solutions techniques
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, y compris la planification, la conception, la documentation, les tests, le déploiement, la communication, le reporting, la gestion du changement et les incidents
  • Organiser les activités agiles quotidiennes avec l'équipe de développement et d'assurance qualité ; suivre les développements et organiser la planification des versions
  • Assurer la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (responsables de domaine, fournisseurs de logiciels)
  • Livrer les projets dans les délais, au niveau de qualité attendu et dans le respect du budget.
  • Participer à la définition de notre feuille de route technique basée sur la feuille de route du produit Salesforce et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie


Profil:


  • Expérience de plus de 5 ans dans le domaine du commerce électronique ou du développement informatique
  • Expérience de plus de 5 ans dans la gestion de projets informatique
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration de plans de projet, de diagrammes de processus, de cas d'utilisation, d'exigences fonctionnelles et techniques
  • Forte orientation client
  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes
  • Forte sensibilité technique lors de l'évaluation et de la définition de la portée du travail
  • Connaissance pratique de HTML / CSS et des technologies web de base. De préférence, expérience en Javascript
  • Expérience supplémentaire en gestion des flux de données (ETL) et en SQL, de préférence.
  • Connaissances requises en matière de SOA et d'API
  • Une expérience avec Salesforce Commerce Cloud est préférable.
  • La connaissance des processus et des solutions couvrant l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur du commerce électronique, y compris les intégrations OMS, WMS, TMS, PIM, PSP, POS est un plus.
  • Connaissance de base d'un outil de contrôle de version de code comme GIT
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire
