o Née en 2024, l’entreprise est un fond early stage qui fait de l’incubation d’innovation dans l’univers de la cosmétique. Adossé à un grand groupe fleuron du luxe français, l’entreprise a pour vocation de dénicher des start up proposant des technologies et des projets innovants et de les accompagner vers la réussite dans un campus qui leur offrira le support et le conseil nécessaire. Le fond a déjà deux participations et il est en train d’explorer de nouveaux projets.


o L’incubateur a été fondé par un entrepreneur qui a créé une autre success story et la dirige depuis 2008. Entouré d’une équipe de direction performante, cet entrepreneur scientifique de formation souhaite mettre en place une organisation qui va lui permettre de continuer à disposer de son temps pour se dédier l’esprit libre à trouver des idées et à les transformer.

Le poste


o L’enjeux principal du poste sera d’être capable de seconder un patron extrêmement créatif, qui n’aime pas les contraintes de fonctionnement d’une structure mais qui est néanmoins conscient de leur nécessité. Il s’agira de l’aider à ne pas manquer à certaines obligations en ayant la finesse et la pertinence de la proposition.


o Il s’agira également d’enrichir le travail de veille et d’intelligence économique qui est une des sources d’idées dont il se nourrit au quotidien et qui renforce sa capacité à concilier créativité et vision business.


o En véritable bras droit du CEO et « gardien de ses obligations » les missions du poste seront :


· Analyser, prioriser et procéder à une proposition de réponse à la quantité de mails reçus afin de n’en laisser filer aucun et de donner une réponse à tout interlocuteur.


· Planifier et s’assurer de la réalisation des follow up avec ses collaborateurs en fonction des timings prévus et des éventuelles nécessités de business.


· Explorer de nouvelles idées et opportunités, approfondir des sujets et des thématiques qui peuvent toucher à l’investissement, aux marchés et aux technologies. Procéder à des études d’intelligence économique, organiser des rendez-vous, …


· Contribuer à développer le réseau professionnel du CEO en mettant en place une façon originale pour « networker autrement », en proposant des formats actuels et personnalisés autour de ses centres d’intérêt, de ses goûts et de ses valeurs.


· Analyser les réactions aux posts publiés sur Linkedin, identifier les occasions intéressantes au regard d’éventuelles prise de contact et opportunités de business, proposer la continuité à donner.

Profil idéal


o Une formation Bac+5 d’excellence, suivie d’une première expérience en cabinet de conseil serait l’idéal, mais ce qui compte avant tout est d’avoir une grande curiosité, une vraie passion pour l’innovation, et la discrétion qui s’impose dans un rôle de ce type.


o Il faudra également une grande capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, aisance à l’écrit comme à l’oral, rigueur et capacité d’organisation.


o Une personnalité humble, intègre, décontractée, animée par une énergie positive pour s’interfacer avec les collaborateurs, les entrepreneurs du campus, les interlocuteurs divers sur les différents projets. Un très bon relationnel et un vrai sens de l’écoute et du dialogue pour véhiculer une image positive et représenter Sébastien quand il le faudra.


o Un anglais courant sera indispensable, of course.
