Job Description:


As a part of this new position, you would be responsible for handling luxury lifestyle requests from our members, ensuring the highest level of client experience, building trusted relationships with high-profile international clients, and developing new partnerships globally while working closely with our global network of partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist valuable Members in day-to-day lifestyle needs such as bespoke travel, restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, chauffeurs, and tickets, accessing sold-out events, sourcing limited edition items, and organizing once-in-a-lifetime experiences
  • Reactively handling all incoming luxury lifestyle requests from Members and providing quality suggestions at all times, which exceed members' expectations
  • Ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered
  • Building trusted relationships with international high-profile clients
  • Able to anticipate client needs and deliver intuitive and highly personalized recommendations
  • Shows an understanding of HNW & UHNW lifestyles and expectations
  • Update data and requests on the CRM system
  • Developing partnerships in multiple luxury industries (e.g., hotels, private aviation, luxury villas, restaurants, and many more) and negotiating the best rates and benefits for our members


Requirements:


  • Work background in any of the following sectors: Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Luxury Travel and Leisure, Hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills with specific experience in communicating with HNW and UHNW clientele
  • Excellent knowledge of international travel destinations and luxury services/products
  • Experienced in dealing with confidential information using discretion at all times
  • Hospitality industry experience is a considerable asset


Candidate Profile:


  • Fluent in Russian, English, and French (verbal and written); additional proficiency will be a plus
  • Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, make decisions, and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, friendly, and courteous at all times
  • Ability to cope with stress and last-minute requests
  • Able to react and adapt quickly to new requirements and processes
  • Highly motivated and dedicated individual
