We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our team as a Night Ambassador at Charles de Gaulle Airport. As a Night Ambassador, you'll be the face of citizenM, providing exceptional service to our guests and making their stay unforgettable.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver warm welcomes to guests, making them feel at home
  • Assist guests with self-check-in, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Cook, serve, and clean up after meals, maintaining a spotless environment
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including our signature coffee and cocktails
  • Act as a concierge, providing insider knowledge on the best local spots, restaurants, and attractions
  • Maintain the living room and canteenM, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere
  • Handle guest requests and emergencies with poise and professionalism
  • Manage reservations and perform night audits with precision
  • Be the key holder, responsible for hotel operations during night shifts
