Poste : LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client, un leader de l'Assurance-Crédit, un Surety Risk Underwriting (H/F).
Rattaché(e) à la Direction de la Souscription du Groupe, vous intégrez l'équipe des Experts Seniors pour les lignes spécialisées et prenez en charge les activités suivantes :- Souscription des cautions au niveau du Groupe, avec pour objectifs de maintenir la rentabilité de cette ligne d'activité, de réduire les risques opérationnels, d'améliorer les outils de workflow et de reporting, et de soutenir l'activité de souscription des nouvelles entités de caution.
- Arbitrage de l'activité de réassurance caution.
Vos missions principales seront :- Analyser les risques associés aux lignes de caution demandées, notamment le risque financier lié au débiteur principal/garantie et les risques connexes tels que la performance du contrat ou de l'obligation sous-jacente, le type de caution (taxonomie), le statut du bénéficiaire, et la durée de l'engagement.
- Déterminer le risque maximum sur une période définie, que ce soit pour une ligne de caution, une caution ou une participation au risque derrière une banque émettrice. Évaluer les garanties et sécurités nécessaires.
- Coordonner la prise de décision avec la Direction de la Souscription du Groupe en utilisant et en mettant à jour les systèmes internes.
- Appliquer et faire respecter les règles de souscription du Groupe.
- Accompagner les entités dans l'analyse de leur portefeuille, l'adaptation de leur politique de souscription et la revue annuelle de leurs autorisations.
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations et procédures définies par l'assureur crédit et les régulateurs.
Profil : - Formation supérieure en économie, assurance ou finance, de type Master en finance ou assurance ou équivalent.
- Expérience similaire d'au moins 7 ans, avec une expertise approfondie en souscription et gestion de risques similaires.
- Capacité de synthèse et de prise de décision.
- Esprit d'équipe, dynamisme, compétences interpersonnelles, et autonomie.
- Aptitude à développer, articuler et exécuter une stratégie pour la ligne de caution.
- Capacité à dialoguer avec les entités concernées et à jouer un rôle de leadership auprès des équipes régionales et locales.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais exigée ; la connaissance de l'espagnol serait un plus.
