HR expert (m/f/d)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist HR director to build the factory HR system. Support the start-up phase and operation phase by defining policies and processes and ensure their implementation, including working time regulations, employee work contracts, and HR documents.
2. Payroll& Benefits&Taxes
1) Be responsible for compensation management and develop subsidiary compensation adaptation solutions based on the company's overall strategy, including but not limited to payroll, employee benefits, social insurance, and individual income tax.
2) Develop the payroll process.
3) Lead the profit-sharing and incentive schemes in France; Manage the process of social declarations.
4) Develop and implement IIT filing policies and processes.
3. Recruitment
5) Work with managers to understand and identify their needs; align the consistent of job descriptions.
6) Take part in recruitment events, manage partnerships with platforms & consultants.
7) Represent company values as the first point of contact for candidates.
8) Lead the recruitment and evaluation process.
4. Training & development :
9) Collect needs across the organization, in order to propose learning and developing plans to upskill managers and employees both on technical and soft skills.
10) Develop projects linked to Human Resources Planning (forward-looking management of jobs and skills).
5. Employee relationship management
11) Assist the organization to keep a good working environment based on a understanding of France labor law and local regulations, support in building a creative and energetic team.
12) Contribute to the management of social relations on the site, in collaboration with the Site Management and the Human Resources Directorate (CSE meetings, negotiations and drafting of company agreements).
13) Interaction with external organizations, such as employers' associations, trade unions, government agencies, etc.
14) Sharpen the awareness for the benefits and challenges of a multicultural organization.
15) Internal Employer Branding Supporting.
6. Social & Legal interfacing:
16) Follow up on social regulations and legal obligations (social security, health insurance) ; ensure that all the legal requirements are met.
17) Communicate with external consultants about French labor laws and regulations, provide input for the formulation of corporate HR policies.
With the growth of the factory in a fast changing environment, part of your role will be ensuring operational excellence including improving, streamlining, and upgrading all people related methodologies.

Requirements:
These skills will help you to perform the role:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar fields. At least 10 years of strong relevant HR experience, in manufacturing industry preferred.
2. Deep understanding about labor laws and policies and the practices dealing with employment issues.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with positive attitude.
5. Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multinational staff.
6. Team spirit, Hands-on and can-do attitude, open-minded.
7. Able to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally towards external world.
