Mission :

En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de développement, le Responsable Développement de Projets sera chargé de 285Mw :

  • Superviser le processus de délivrance des autorisations pour les projets solaires au sol, depuis leur création jusqu'à leur permis de construire.


Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de projets dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables, avec un accent particulier sur les exigences complexes d’autorisation associées aux projets de développement solaire.


Ce poste relève du Chief Development Officer.


Vos responsabilités :

  • Gérer le développement de projets dans tous ses aspects en collaboration avec divers intervenants locaux ;
  • Lancer et suivre les études techniques et d'impact ;
  • Coordonner toutes les parties impliquées dans les projets (consultants, conseillers, autorités locales, gestionnaires de réseaux, fournisseurs, etc.) ;
  • Travailler en lien avec les urbanistes, les experts techniques et environnementaux, et préparer toutes les demandes d’autorisation ;
  • Gérer le processus d'autorisation avec les autorités compétentes ;
  • Conduire la soumission d'offres dans le cadre d'appels d'offres publics ou privés ;
  • Gérer les tâches pré-construction en étroite collaboration avec les évaluations des risques, la préparation des appels d'offres pour les achats, le soutien aux négociations EPC et la rédaction des annexes techniques et commerciales.


Votre expertise et vos compétences :

  • BAC +3 en ingénierie, administration des affaires, géographie ou dans un domaine connexe avec une spécialisation en énergie renouvelable, environnement ou gestion de projet ;
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans des fonctions similaires ; une expérience en gestion de projets dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables, des télécommunications, des lignes électriques ou autres infrastructures publiques ou privées sera un atout ;
  • Forte motivation pour travailler dans un environnement complexe : vous êtes organisé, ouvert d'esprit et capable de travailler de manière autonome ; vous pouvez gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle ;
  • Solides compétences analytiques, grande capacité d'adaptation, efficacité ;
  • Aptitudes sociales, excellente expression orale et écrite ;
  • Intégrité, normes éthiques élevées et bon sens du jugement ;
  • Leadership et esprit d'équipe ;
  • Curiosité intellectuelle, passion et motivation personnelle ;
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais ; le portugais et/ou l’allemand est un plus ;
  • Permis de conduire (déplacements fréquents nécessaires).
