Au sein de l'écosystème Client Care, le Project & Performance Manager soutient les activités dans le cadre de projets stratégiques, d'initiatives d'optimisation des processus et d'amélioration des performances visant à accroître l'efficacité, la productivité et la rentabilité. Le poste est rattaché au Head of Global Client Care.


Vos missions :


Gestion de projets :

  • Gérer activement tous les projets liés à la feuille de route du Client Care : projets stratégiques et informatiques.
  • Définir la portée du projet : objectifs, livrables et délais. Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place de l'organisation et de la gestion de l'équipe.
  • Diriger l'équipe de projet, allouer les ressources et gérer les étapes du projet afin d'atteindre les objectifs. Contrôler les progrès, suivre les étapes et s'assurer que les tâches sont accomplies conformément au calendrier. Identifier les risques potentiels et élaborer des stratégies d'atténuation.
  • Établir une communication efficace en fournissant des mises à jour régulières sur le projet et en répondant à toutes les préoccupations ou questions qui peuvent se poser.
  • Définir le budget du projet, contrôler les dépenses, suivre les coûts et veiller au respect des contraintes budgétaires.


Amélioration continue des processus :

  • Identifier les inefficacités des processus, proposer des solutions et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour rationaliser les opérations (gains rapides et projets à long terme).


Suivi et contrôle des performances :

  • Vous êtes en charge de la mise en œuvre de la politique de développement durable de l'entreprise et de la gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Vous avez la possibilité d'identifier les écarts de performance et les goulots d'étranglement, et de collaborer avec les principales parties prenantes afin de développer des plans d'action pour l'amélioration.
  • Vous êtes en charge de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement de l'entreprise et de la mise en place d'un plan d'action.
  • Vous êtes en mesure de proposer et de mettre en place des tableaux de bord et des rapports de mesure de la performance afin de fournir une visibilité sur les mesures et de permettre une prise de décision fondée sur des données.


Votre profil :

  • Master en Supply Chain, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • A partir de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en Supply Chain, idéalement dans l'industrie du luxe, des produits de grande consommation ou de l'industrie.
  • Une expérience en gestion de projet est requise à partir de 5 ans
  • Les candidats doivent être capables d'analyser et de structurer les données, et de gérer les priorités.
  • Capacité à simplifier et à communiquer sur des sujets complexes.
  • Capacité à travailler dans des délais courts dans un environnement en évolution rapide, à respecter les échéances, à réagir rapidement aux problèmes et à adopter une attitude ouverte et positive.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler stratégiquement et en collaboration avec d'autres départements (IT, Retail, Ecommerce, CRM, Finance, Product Design, Purchasing, ).
  • Solides compétences en Excel, Power Point et présentation, la maîtrise de Power BI est un plus.
  • Anglais courant.
  • Des déplacement sont à prévoir (10%)

Within the Client Care ecosystem, the Project & Performance Manager supports business in strategic-oriented projects, process-optimization initiatives and performance improvement driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The position will report to the Head of Global Client Care.


Your missions :


Lead projects :

  • Actively manage all related projects linked to Client Care roadmap : strategic and IT projects.
  • Define project scope: objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Identify project requirements, and resources needed.
  • Lead project team, allocate resources, and manage project steps to achieve objectives. Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed according to the timeline. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish effective communication providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Define project budget, monitor expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.



Manage Continuous Improvement Processes :

  • Identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to streamline operations (quick wins as well as long term projects).



Ensure & monitore performance :

  • Monitor, analyze and challenge KPIs across regions (NPS, leadtime to repair, repair productivity…).
  • Identify performance gaps and bottlenecks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop actionable plans for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and opportunities for operational optimization.
  • Propose and set up performance measurement dashboards and reports to provide metrics visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.


Your profile :

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, business administration or related field
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Supply Chain, ideally in the luxury, FMCG or manufacturing industry
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management is required
  • Good communication skills and strong team player.
  • Strong analytical, data-crunching, and structured skills with priority management.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under short timing in a fast-paced environment, to meet deadlines, responding to issues quickly with an open and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments (IT, Retail, Ecommerce, CRM, Finance, Product Design, Purchasing,…)
  • Strong Excel, Power Point and presentation skills, proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
  • English fluent.
  • Travel requirement : up to 10%.
