Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the successful execution of the SMI within the CNAV Establishment.
- Assist diverse stakeholders in RNP sectors by offering methodological guidance in tools and performance evaluation.
- Engage in securing performance initiatives and conducting steering reviews.
- Contribute to the reporting processes for management entities.
- Advocate for process-oriented management practices and risk mitigation across all CNAV divisions.
- Collaborate with the national network of SMI and Risk Management representatives.
- Oversee action plans derived from internal and external audit suggestions.
- Execute the PCA, manage SMI portal permissions, and compile IDF performance summaries.
Qualifications:
- Experience or understanding in internal governance, risk oversight, or process management.
- Expertise in project management methodologies for change initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to various stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and innovative approach.
