Vos principales responsabilités - Au sein de votre équipe #OneTeam


Au sein de la direction juridique du Groupe OVHcloud, le Département Corporate Legal intervient dans les domaines du droit des sociétés, du droit Boursier, des assurances et de l’immobilier). Dans le cadre de vos missions vous aurez comme responsabilités :



Gestion des polices d’assurances du Groupe et sinistres/litiges :

Gestion du portefeuille d’assurances du groupe (DAB, RC Cyber, Construction, D&O, etc…) en France et à l’International :

  • Gestion des relations avec les courtiers du groupe,
  • Couvrir l’ensemble des risques du groupe, constituer, instruire et régler les dossiers d'indemnisation
  • Aide à la rédaction de nouveaux contrats,
  • Proposition de nouvelles lignes complémentaires à mettre en place ou de nouvelles polices,
  • Gestion du budget assurances avec le service financier,
  • Aide à la mise en place d’une captive d’assurances.

Instruction et gestion des litiges et des sinistres

  • Gérer les litiges (précontentieux et contentieux administratifs et/ou judiciaires)
  • Instruire et régler les dossiers d'indemnisation (sinistres) avec un cabinet d’avocat et les assureurs le cas échéant

Relations avec les intervenants extérieurs :

  • Relations avec les avocats travaillant pour OVHcloud ;
  • Participation aux expertises amiables ou judiciaires ;
  • Relations avec les experts techniques travaillant pour OVHcloud ou ses assureurs ;
  • Relations avec certains experts techniques travaillant sur les projets de construction.
  • Coordination avec les interlocuteurs internes d’OVHcloud en lien avec les sujets assurances : Contrats, Finances, Industrie, Sécurité, etc.
  • Aide ponctuelle sur les sujets de droit immobilier et droit des sociétés



Votre futur impact

Dans 6 mois vous aurez accompli

  • La mise en place de nouvelles lignes complémentaires ou de nouvelles polices d’assurances
  • La participation à la mise en place d’une captive d’assurances
  • La gestion des litiges et sinistres



Compétences requises

  • Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience en entreprise ou en cabinet, idéalement dans un environnement international.
  • Vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine de l'assurance
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau C1 minimum).
  • Vous avez une à interpréter, synthétiser et diffuser des textes de loi.
  • Vous avez des capaciter à travailler en mode projet et à assurer un reporting régulier et efficace

  • Vous avez une connaissance dans l’environnement de la Tech et/ou industriel dans la gestion des captives d’assurances
  • Vous avez des connaissances du droit immobilier ou de la construction et du droit des sociétés
