Au sein de la direction juridique du Groupe OVHcloud, le Département Contrats & Business a pour mission principale de définir et mettre en oeuvre la politique contractuelle du Groupe avec ses clients, partenaires et fournisseurs (y compris négociation des contrats), dans le respect des réglementations applicables dans divers pays.

Vos principales responsabilités

Vous accompagnez les équipes commerciales, marketing, produits et industrie. Vous épaulez les projets innovants et de transformation du Groupe et participez à des projets transverses. Vous contribuez ainsi à la croissance et à la sécurité du Groupe.

Protéger et défendre les intérêts d'OVHcloud dans son périmètre.
- Assurer la conformité d'OVHcloud aux règles juridiques applicables dans le cadre de son périmètre (dans tous les pays où le Groupe opère)
- Accompagner la contractualisation et le déploiement des projets.
- Prendre en charge les précontentieux et contentieux, instruire les dossiers, et les traiter au mieux des intérêts du Groupe.

Rédiger, négocier et réviser les contrats d'OVHcloud avec ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients tant privés que publics en français et en anglais
- Assister les équipes internes dans les négociations sur les aspects juridiques et de protection des données personnelles
- Créer et mettre à jour les modèles de contrats
- Former et informer les équipes internes sur les sujets juridiques

Accompagner les lancements et évolutions de services
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les conditions applicables aux services OVHcloud
- Revoir les contenus marketing et promotionnels relatifs à nos services

Compétences requises :
- 10 ans minimum d'expérience dans une direction juridique d'un groupe international, idéalement dans le domaine de l'informatique et des nouvelles technologies
- Solides connaissances en droit des contrats, des TI et protection des données personnelles avec ouverture sur l'international
- Anglais : niveau B2 minimum (lu, écrit, parlé)
- Excellente maîtrise de la rédaction et de la négociation juridiques
- Savoir communiquer avec impact et savoir argumenter
- Capacité d'analyse et esprit de de synthèse
- Autonomie, force de proposition
- Respect de la confidentialité et de la discrétion
