ZIMMERMANN is seeking a dedicated Tax Accountant EU & UK to join our Tax team.


Missions (EN) :


· Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations

· Prepare and transmit information to external tax advisors/accountants with regard to the preparation of tax returns (including but not limited to VAT returns and corporate income tax returns)

· Review financial data and transactions to ensure proper tax treatment and reporting

· Review accounting records, financial statements, taxes and other applicable financial reports

· Assist with general tax administration, such as tracking tax payments/notices and preparing reconciliations

· Participate in the preparation of tax estimates

· Respond to tax inquiries and audits from tax authorities, providing necessary documentation and support

· Working with the Tax Manager to identify and implement projects on various topics/issues as required

· Assist in the identifing of the tax obligations in new markets

· Collaborate with finance and legal teams on tax-related matters, such as international transactions and transfer pricing

· Assist in other finance-related project and initiatives, as needed.


Missions (FR) :

· Jouer un rôle crucial pour garantir la conformité avec les lois et règlements fiscaux

· Préparer et transmettre des informations aux conseillers/fiscalistes externes en ce qui concerne la préparation des déclarations fiscales (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les déclarations de TVA et les déclarations d'impôt)

. Examiner les données financières et les transactions pour garantir un traitement fiscal et une déclaration appropriés

· Examiner les registres comptables, les états financiers, les impôts et autres rapports financiers applicables

· Assister à l'administration générale des impôts, comme le suivi des paiements/avis d'imposition et la préparation des rapprochements

· Participer à la préparation des estimations fiscales

· Répondre aux demandes et aux audits des autorités fiscales, en fournissant la documentation et le soutien nécessaires

· Travailler avec le Responsable fiscal pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des projets sur divers sujets/problèmes selon les besoins.

· Aider à l'identification des obligations fiscales sur les nouveaux marchés.

· Collaborer avec les équipes financières et juridiques sur les questions fiscales, telles que les transactions internationales et la tarification des transferts

· Assister à d'autres projets et initiatives liés à la finance, selon les besoins


The successful candidate will also posses :


  • Diploma in Accounting, or Finance or Tax
  • Proven experience in corporate tax accounting, within mutinational corporation
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with tax compliance software and ERP systems
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely of the corporate functions.
